Unique Promotion

It's not very often that admins get promotions but in honour of his hard work, dedication and all round amazingness (it's a word ok) it gives me great privilege to announce that AdmiralHocking is being promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral.

Congratulations to you Hocking. You really went out of your way to make sure everything got kept up when I wasn't able to get online for several months and even when I'm here you do a hell of a lot around here and you take a lot of pride in your work without ever asking for anything in return.
