...no i haven't but i read the rules and i will abide by them..

- What name(s) will you use on the server?
... the name i will go by on Ur server is either prax or prax demmings...

 What's your Email address or MSN etc...?

- Do you have any Star Trek or other Roleplaying experience ?
...yes i have experience on Ur server with Ross and jane harper and other people..

- What is your favorite division ? [Command, Engineering, Security, Medical...]
...my favorite division is a tie between command and security..

- Do you have a favorite map to use?
..yes the USS Nimitz beta version or something like that..

I,Prax Demmings will follow the rules of the server and hereby request to join the Holo Federation.
